On February 24, 2000, Assembly Bill 803, relating to zoning ordinances regulating nonconforming structures that are located in certain areas designated for protection by the department of natural resources along the Lower St. Croix River was referred to the Assembly Committee on Conservation and Land Use. Pursuant to Assembly Rule 42 (3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 803 from the Assembly Committee on Conservation and Land Use and re-refer that bill to the Assembly Committee on Natural Resources.
