On March 13, 2000, Assembly Bill 871, relating to assigning a judgment in a tax foreclosure action was referred to the Assembly Committee on Environment. Pursuant to Assembly Rule 42 (3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 871 from the Assembly Committee on Environment and re-refer that bill to the Assembly Committee on Conservation and Land Use.
Representative Kedzie has been notified of this re-referral and approves.

On behalf of the Wisconsin State Assembly, Representative Krug thanked Laura Rose for her service as Interim Director of the Joint Legislative Council.
Speaker Jensen introduced the new Director of the Joint Legislative Council, Terry Anderson, who formerly served as the Director of the Legislative Research Council in South Dakota.
