Assembly Bill 871, relating to assigning a judgment in a tax foreclosure action was referred to the Assembly Committee on Environment. Pursuant to Assembly Rule
42 (3)(c), I hereby withdraw
Assembly Bill 871 from the Assembly Committee on Environment and re-refer that bill to the Assembly Committee on Conservation and Land Use.
Representative Kedzie has been notified of this re-referral and approves.

On behalf of the Wisconsin State Assembly, Representative Krug thanked Laura Rose for her service as Interim Director of the Joint Legislative Council.
