A924 Relating to: creating a local professional football stadium district; giving a local professional football stadium district the authority to issue bonds; making a state moral obligation pledge with respect to bonds issued by a local professional football stadium district; giving a local professional football stadium district the authority to impose a sales tax and a use tax; state aid for transportation facilities associated with a professional football team's home stadium; and making appropriations.
