Relating to a Special Session of the Legislature
I, TOMMY G. THOMPSON, Governor of the State of Wisconsin, pursuant to Article IV, Section 11 and Article V, section 4 of the Wisconsin Constitution, do hereby require the convening of a special session of the Legislature at the Capitol in the City of Madison, beginning at 1:00 P.M. on May 4, 2000 solely to consider and act upon legislation relating to:
changing the percentages and dollar amounts in Section 71.07(9)(b) of the Wisconsin Statutes that are used to calculate the property tax rent credit for taxable year 2000 and thereafter.
