The University of Wisconsin System is pleased to provide you with a copy of our annual Wisconsin Environmental Policy Act (WEPA) report. In fulfillment of Section 1.11 (2)(j) Wisconsin Statutes, this document provides information on the numbers of Environmental Assessments (EA's) and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS's) completed in the past fiscal year.
This report addresses the activities of the University of Wisconsin System for the period from July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000.

To the Honorable, the Legislature:
Pursuant to section 292.25, Wis. Stats., the Department of Natural Resources is required to prepare a report that provides an update on the status of the Voluntary Party Liability Exemption (s. 292.25, Wis. Stats.). The Voluntary Party Liability Exemption is a process that allows parties to clean up brownfield properties and receive exemptions from future liability. This report is required to be submitted to the Legislature, the Governor, and the Department of Administration.
