The Honorable, The Senate:
I hereby resign my position on the Conference Committee on 1999 Senate Bill 450.
As a non-participant in the process, I will not have my name associated with an effort to take money from the DNR's magazine to finance other non-related projects. It is not fair to the readership that includes many children and elderly.
Sincerely,
Jim Baumgart
State Senator
9th Senate District
