1An Act relating to: amending and revising various provisions of the statutes for
2the purpose of correcting errors, supplying omissions, correcting and clarifying
3references and eliminating defects, anachronisms, conflicts, ambiguities and
4obsolete provisions (Revisor's Correction Bill).

1year, the department shall expend for tourism marketing service expenses and the

$500,00 8$50,000 to rebuild a chalet at Rib Mountain State Park. The department shall

10between the appropriations under s. 20.866 (2) (ta) and (tz). For purposes of s.
1123.0915 (1), moneys provided from the appropriation under s. 20.866 (2) (tz) shall be
12treated as moneys expended for general property development. For purposes of s.
1323.0917, moneys provided from the appropriation under s. 20.866 (2) (ta) shall be
14treated as moneys obligated under the subprogram for property development and

(7) (b) Notwithstanding par. (a), either parent of a child may authorize
4the disclosure of a record for use in a child custody proceeding under s. 767.24 or

(11) (b) Before October 16, the department of administration shall
11determine the total funds available for distribution under the lottery and gaming
12credit in the following year and shall inform the joint committee on finance of that
13total. Total funds available for distribution shall be all moneys projected to be
14transferred to the lottery fund under ss. 20.455 (2) (g) and 20.505 (8) (am), (g) and
15(jm) and all existing and projected lottery proceeds and interest for the fiscal year of
16the distribution, less the amount estimated to be expended
under s. 20.835 (3) (r) and
17less the required reserve under s. 20.003 (5). The joint committee on finance may
18revise the total amount to be distributed if it does so at a meeting that takes place
19before November 1. If the joint committee on finance does not schedule a meeting
20to take place before November 1, the total determined by the department of
21administration shall be the total amount estimated to be distributed under the
22lottery and gaming credit in the following year.

4grades shall develop a written policy specifying criteria for granting a high school
5diploma that are in addition to the requirements under par. (a). The criteria shall
6include the pupil's score on the examination administered under s. 118.30

, and the recommendations of teachers. Except
8as provided in subd. 2., the criteria apply to pupils enrolled in charter schools located
9in the school district.
