AB576-AA11,1,2 1. Page 6, line 16: after that line insert:

AB576-AA11,1,9 "(em) The lender agrees that, notwithstanding s. 109.09 (2) (c), during the time that the loan is outstanding and in perpetuity after the loan is repaid, any lien under s. 109.09 (2) (a) against any person that is also indebted to the lender shall take precedence over all other debts, security interests, judgments, decrees, liens, or mortgages held by the lender against that person, regardless of whether those other debts, security interests, judgments, decrees, liens, or mortgages originate before or after the lien under s. 109.09 (2) (a) takes effect.".
