3"(em) The lender agrees that, notwithstanding s. 109.09 (2) (c), during the time
4that the loan is outstanding and in perpetuity after the loan is repaid, any lien under
5s. 109.09 (2) (a) against any person that is also indebted to the lender shall take
6precedence over all other debts, security interests, judgments, decrees, liens, or
7mortgages held by the lender against that person, regardless of whether those other
8debts, security interests, judgments, decrees, liens, or mortgages originate before or
9after the lien under s. 109.09 (2) (a) takes effect.".
