AB576-AA19,1,2 1. Page 6, line 16: after that line insert:

AB576-AA19,1,3 "(em) The lender agrees to pay the fee under sub. (5).".

AB576-AA19,1,4 2. Page 7, line 13: after that line insert:

AB576-AA19,1,9 "(5) Lender fee. In addition to any fees that may apply under s. 234.92, the authority shall charge a lender that makes a loan that is guaranteed under this section an annual fee in the same amount that the lender would be charged, as determined by the federal airline stabilization board, for making the loan under a corresponding federal loan guarantee program.".
