Page 2, line 8: delete the material beginning with "The initial" and ending with "period." on line 10 and substitute " The initial plan shall be completed within 2 years from October 2, 1963 and A plan may be revised as changing conditions require and shall be revised upon expiration of the plan period. Plan revisions shall be approved by the county board and the department.".
