AJR64-AA1,1,2 1. Page 6, line 11: delete "on a temporary or permanent basis".

AJR64-AA1,1,4 2. Page 6, line 12: after "section." insert "No approval may be given under this section for exceeding a spending limit on a permanent basis.".
