Section 17m. Assembly rule 15 (title), (1) to (3), (4) (intro.), (b) and (c), (5) and
5(6) are amended to read:

6Assembly Rule 15 (title)
Withdrawing a proposal or veto from
7committee. (1)
No A proposal
or veto may
not be withdrawn from any committee
8until 21 calendar days have expired since the proposal
or veto was referred to the
9committee. After the 21-day period,
proposals a proposal or veto may be withdrawn
10either by motion or by petition, but:

not be withdrawn from a joint survey committee.
