17every odd-numbered year. The terms of the 3 members of the land and water
18conservation board appointed under s. 15.135 (4) (b) 2. shall expire on January 1.

18department and the cochairpersons of the joint committee on finance concerning the

116.514 Pabst university research park. (1) The department shall offer to
2purchase land on which land was sited the former Pabst Brewing Company, Inc.,
3headquarters in the city of Milwaukee and any structures on that land. For the
4purpose of making this purchase, the department may apply for a loan from the
5board of commissioners in an amount not to exceed $25,000,000.
