The prayer was offered by Reverend Monsignor Thomas Campion, Director of the Apostolate to the Handicapped, Diocese of Madison and Chaplain at St. Clare Hospital in Monroe.
Representative Powers led the membership in reciting the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.
