The Assembly met in the Assembly Chamber located in the State Capitol.
Speaker Jensen in the chair.
The prayer was offered by Reverend Marion Hendrickson of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Arlington.
Representative Lassa led the membership in reciting the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.
Representative Underheim introduced the Sun Prairie High School Madrigal Singers: Trevor Klock, Brandon Dorr, Chris Ganser, Adam Wolter, Laura Wichern, Kristi Laskowski, Danielle Guild, Kristin Henkel, Ryan Wherley and Clint Sprain under the direction of Mary Schmitz. The group sang the Star-Spangled Banner.
