2001 Assembly Bill 341, introduced by Representative Krawczyk, relates to establishing a hotline in the Department of Justice for the reporting of information regarding dangerous weapons in public schools.
This bill contains a fiscal note in excess of $10,000. Pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 16.47 (2), I consider 2001 Assembly Bill 341 to be an emergency bill and authorize its passage prior to passage of the Biennial Budget Bill.
