I, SCOTT MCCALLUM, Governor of the State of Wisconsin, pursuant to Article IV, Section 11 and
Article V, section 4 of the Constitution of Wisconsin do amend Executive Order 42 and require the Legislature to consider and act upon:
Chronic wasting disease, hunting animals, feeding of wild animals for purposes other than hunting, shooting a firearm or arrow from or across a highway, and requiring a lapse to the general fund.
