The Honorable, The Senate:
I am writing today to request that you remove my name from the list of cosponsors of Senate Bill 363, authored by Senator Baumgart and Representative Kaufert.
I agreed to co-sponsor SB 363 (LRB 4067/1), based on a cosponsorship memo. It now appears that the memo that was distributed may not accurately reflect the true scope of the bill. Therefore I am asking that I be withdrawn as a cosponsor.
If you have any questions related to this request, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
John J. Ryba
