Relating to: permitting employers to refuse to employ, or to bar or terminate from employment, individuals who have been convicted of certain serious felonies, as defined in the bill, and who have not been pardoned; and permitting educational agencies to refuse to employ, or to bar or terminate from employment, individuals who have been convicted of those certain serious felonies or of certain other serious violations and who have not been pardoned.
