AB54-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB54-ASA1-AA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 6: after "bid" insert ". In this subsection, "appraised value" means the value determined, at the discretion of the county board, by the county board, a committee designated by the county board, or a certified appraiser, as defined in s. 458.01 (7)".
