16navigable water that is less than 35 feet wide.
AB655-ASA2,21,1917 (b) The department may promulgate rules that specify bridges or culverts, in
18addition to those listed in par. (a), that may be authorized by statewide general
19permits.

2person's authorized base level of water loss.
