To the Honorable, the Assembly:
Wisconsin State Statute, § 97.34 (2)(e), requires the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection to compile and publish an annual bottled drinking water report. It is a compilation of the laboratory results for bottled drinking water sampled in the State of Wisconsin in January 2002. The collection and analysis is a coordinated effort by the Bureau of Food Safety and Inspection, the Bureau of Laboratory Services Groundwater Unit and the Wisconsin Laboratory of Hygiene.
