Dear Mr. Fuller:
On Tuesday, January 13, 2004, the Assembly met in a previously unscheduled extraordinary session. I had a previous commitment that prevented me from voting on Assembly Bill 655. This vote took place at 7:19 p.m.
I had informed Democratic Leader Jim Kreuser of my intentions. I left pair slips so that I could be recorded as voting "aye" on Assembly Bill 655, the so-called "Job Creation Act". Unfortunately, I was mistakenly recorded as being present and voting "no".
I would like to have my vote be recorded as "aye", in favor of passage of Assembly Bill 655 as I intended.
If you have any questions about this or would like to discuss this matter with me, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
David A. Cullen
State Representative
13th Assembly District
