On Tuesday, February 3, Fourth District Court of Appeals Judge Paul Higginbotham administered the oath of office to Barbara L. Toles of the Seventeenth Assembly District in a ceremony held in the State Capitol in the city of Madison. Representative Toles addressed the members from the rostrum, accompanied by her sister, Eva Roberson.
