Relating to: property tax credits based on municipal tax levies; loans issued by the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority; refinancing certain public debt; for taxable year 2004 only, creating an individual income tax credit for senior citizens, modifying the definition of income under the homestead tax credit and increasing the homestead tax credit; studying the feasibility of covering local government and school district employees under the state employee health care coverage program; studying the state's state and local tax structure; granting rule-making authority; and making appropriations.

Senator Risser, with unanimous consent, asked that when the Senate adjourn, it do so in honor of the Madison Men's Club Ultimate Frisbee Team: "The G-Unit."
Out of several hundred competitive teams from across the country, Madison came in 8th in the Nation this past weekend at the Ultimate Frisbee National Championships in Sarasota, Florida.
Senator Hansen, with unanimous consent, asked that when the Senate adjourn, it do so in honor of his wife Jane as they celebrate their 32nd anniversary Thursday, November 6.
