This letter is to withdraw the nomination of the following people:
Karen A. Kalishek from the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers and Land Surveyors;
Robert N. Trunzo from the Wisconsin Professional Baseball Park District Board;
Jay Williams from the Wisconsin Professional Baseball Park District Board;
George W. Whittow from the Bradley Center Sports and Entertainment Corporation;
Sari S. King from the Prison Industries Board;
J. C. Hill from the Prison Industries Board;
Lloyd M. Smith from the Dentistry Examining Board;
Donsia Strong Hill as the Secretary of the Department of Regulation and Licensing.
The above people have resigned from the post to which they were appointed.
In addition, Karen Timberlake's position has changed and no longer needs to be confirmed as the Secretary of the Department of Employee Relations. Please withdraw her name as well.

To the Honorable, the Legislature:
Please find enclosed the Length of Service Award Program (LOSA) 2004 Annual Report. The Length of Service Award Board developed the report with support from Department of Administration staff. The report provides an overview of the program and outlines the accomplishments for the program year.
Wisconsin State Statute 16.25(6) requires the Department to submit the report to the Chief Clerk of each house annually describing the activities of the board.
