Under this bill, a political subdivision (city, village, town, or county) may not
enact an ordinance or adopt a resolution that prohibits the resale of tickets to an
entertainment or sporting event if the resale price is equal to or less than the ticket's
face value. If a political subdivision has in effect an ordinance or resolution that is
inconstant with this bill, such an ordinance or resolution does not apply and may not
be enforced.

466.0410 Local regulation of ticket reselling. (1) Definitions. In this

(a) "Political subdivision" means a city, village, town, or county.

1(b) "Ticket" means a ticket that is sold to an entertainment or sporting event.

2(2) Reselling of tickets. (a) A political subdivision may not enact an
