2005 WISCONSIN ACT 180
An Act relating to: grants to certain organizations that provide support to a manufacturing extension center.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
180,1 Section 1. Nonstatutory provisions.
(1) From the appropriations under section 20.143 (1) (c) and (ie) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2005, the department of commerce shall make grants not to exceed $350,000 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $350,000 in fiscal year 2006-07 to technology-based nonprofit organizations to provide support for a manufacturing extension center.
