An Act to amend 950.02 (1) and 950.02 (3) of the statutes; relating to: the rights of adult children of crime victims.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
419,1 Section 1. 950.02 (1) of the statutes is amended to read:
950.02 (1) "Child" Except in sub. (3), "child" means a person who is less than 18 years of age.
419,2 Section 2. 950.02 (3) of the statutes is amended to read:
950.02 (3) "Family member" means spouse, minor child, adult child, sibling, parent, or legal guardian.
