ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY BILL 1018

AB1018-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1018-AA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 3: delete lines 3 to 9 and substitute "more persons. (1) If a person commits any of the following crimes and is aided or abetted by 2 or more other persons, the maximum term of imprisonment for that crime is increased by 5 years:

AB1018-AA1,1,8 (a) A crime under under s. 940.01, 940.02, 940.03, 940.05, 940.06, 940.07, 940.08, 940.19, 940.195, 940.20, 940.201, 940.203, 940.21, 940.225, 940.30, 940.305, 940.31, 940.43, 940.45, 941.21, 941.30, 941.37, 941.38, 943.32, 948.02, 948.03, 948.05, 948.055, 948.07, 948.08, 948.09, 948.30, 948.40, or 948.51.

AB1018-AA1,1,9 (b) An act of terrorism, as defined in s. 146.50 (1) (ag).

AB1018-AA1,1,11 (2) The penalty increase under this section changes the status of a misdemeanor to a felony.".
