AB183-AA2,1,3 " Section 18m. 961.23 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB183-AA2,1,6 961.23 (2) That they be sold at retail only by a registered pharmacist or, if s. 961.22 (3) (b) applies to the product, a pharmacy technician when sold in a retail establishment.".
