AB208-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB208-ASA1-AA1,1,5 1. Page 21, line 12: after "state" insert ", if the business offers compensation and benefits to its employees working in the zone for the same type of work that are at least as favorable as those offered to its employees working outside the zone, as determined by the department".

AB208-ASA1-AA1,1,6 2. Page 21, line 24: after that line insert:

AB208-ASA1-AA1,1,9 "3. The business offers compensation and benefits to its employees working in the zone for the same type of work that are at least as favorable as those offered to its employees working outside the zone, as determined by the department.".
