ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY BILL 213

AB213-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB213-AA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 6: delete lines 6 and 7 and substitute "conviction and that the methamphetamine or controlled substance analog of methamphetamine was manufactured under any of the following circumstances:".

AB213-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 8: before that line insert:

AB213-AA1,1,6 "(a) With the child physically present during the manufacture.

AB213-AA1,1,8 (b) In the child's home, on the premises of the child's home, or in a motor vehicle located on the premises of the child's home.

AB213-AA1,1,10 (c) Under any other circumstances in which a reasonable person should have known that the manufacture would be seen, smelled, or heard by the child.".
