1An Act to amend 453.05 (2) (b) of the statutes;
relating to: castrating certain

Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, a person may castrate a dog, cat, horse, pig, goat, sheep, or
head of cattle without obtaining a veterinary license. Under this substitute
amendment, a person may castrate certain livestock, including bovine animals,
sheep, goats, swine, farm-raised deer, and equine animals, without obtaining a
veterinary license.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
