AB715-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB715-SA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 9: after "not" insert "less than $50 nor".

AB715-SA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 9: delete " $1,000" and substitute "$300".

AB715-SA1,1,4 3. Page 4, line 18: on lines 18 and 19 delete "(e)" and substitute "(d)".

AB715-SA1,1,5 4. Page 4, line 22: delete lines 22 and 23 and substitute:

AB715-SA1,1,6 " Section 8m. 343.52 (1m) of the statutes is amended to read:".

AB715-SA1,1,7 5. Page 4, line 24: delete that line and substitute:

AB715-SA1,1,8 "343.52 (1m) Any person or organization that fraudulently procures, makes,".

AB715-SA1,1,10 6. Page 5, line 3: after " department" insert ", shall forfeit not less than $200 nor more than $500".

AB715-SA1,1,11 7. Page 5, line 8: after " (1)" insert "or (1m)".

AB715-SA1,2,2 8. Page 5, line 18: delete the material beginning with "343.52" and ending with "statutes" on line 19 and substitute "343.52 (1m) and (2) of the statutes".

AB715-SA1,2,3 9. Page 5, line 20: delete "(e)" and substitute "(d)".
