AB850-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB850-ASA1-AA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 18: delete the material beginning with "registers" and ending with "department," on line 19 and substitute "records a description of the owner's property and of the owner's wharf or pier with the register of deeds in the county in which the pier or wharf is located,".

AB850-ASA1-AA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 20: substitute "county register of deeds" for "department".

AB850-ASA1-AA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 21: substitute "a recording of a description under this paragraph." for "the registration of a wharf or pier under this paragraph.".
