AB881-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB881-AA1,1,2 1. Page 5, line 16: after "and" insert "at least".

AB881-AA1,1,4 2. Page 5, line 18: delete lines 18 and 19 and substitute "public health agenda for the year 2000 published by the department in February 1990.".

AB881-AA1,1,6 3. Page 6, line 17: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 7, line 2.

AB881-AA1,1,7 4. Page 8, line 8: after " electronically" insert ", by fax machine, by telephone,".

AB881-AA1,1,10 5. Page 9, line 12: after " disease" insert "that, under rules promulgated by the department of health and family services, must be reported to a local health office or to the state epidemiologist".
