SENATE AMENDMENT 4, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 1

SB1-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB1-SA4,1,3 1. Page 54, line 9: delete "May 1, 2006" and substitute "the first day of the 6th month beginning after the date of publication of this act".

SB1-SA4,1,4 2. Page 54, line 11: delete "November".

SB1-SA4,1,6 3. Page 54, line 12: delete "1, 2005" and substitute "the effective date of this paragraph".

SB1-SA4,1,8 4. Page 55, line 13: on lines 13 and 16, delete "May 1, 2006" and substitute "the first day of the 6th month beginning after the date of publication of this act".

SB1-SA4,1,10 5. Page 56, line 19: delete "May 1, 2006" and substitute "the first day of the 6th month beginning after publication of this act".

SB1-SA4,1,11 6. Page 57, line 1: delete "November".

SB1-SA4,2,1 7. Page 57, line 2: delete "1, 2005" and substitute "the day after publication".
