ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 331

SB331-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB331-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: after "rate", before the material inserted by senate amendment 3, insert ", giving priority to a certain major highway project,".

SB331-AA2,1,5 2. Page 2, line 8: after that line, after the material inserted by senate amendment 6, as affected by senate amendment 1 to senate amendment 6, insert:

SB331-AA2,1,6 " Section 3r. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB331-AA2,1,9 (1) After the effective date of this subsection, the Department of Transportation shall give first priority to funding the major highway project enumerated in s. 84.013 (3) (ye).".
