SB618-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB618-SA4,1,3 1. Page 4, line 21: delete "No" and substitute "No In the 2006-07 school year, no".

SB618-SA4,1,9 2. Page 5, line 1: after " school" insert "In any subsequent school year, up to 22,500 pupils, as counted under s. 121.004 (7), may attend private schools under this section if the state reimburses the city of Milwaukee an amount equal to the property taxes levied in the city to support the program under this section in that school year. If the state does not do so for any school year, the limit under this paragraph for that school year is 15 percent of the school district's membership.".
