Dear Mr. Fuller:
Due to my absence from session on February 24, 2005, I would like to take this opportunity to inform you of how I would have voted had I been present. Please include this information in the Assembly Journal.
I would have voted "no" on passage of Assembly Bill 63 relating to requiring certain identification in order to vote at a polling place or obtain an absentee ballot, verification of the addresses of electors, and the fee for an identification card issued by the Department of Transportation.
Thank you for your time and attention in this matter. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Pedro A. Colon
State Representative
