Representative Benedict introduced Colonel Mark Seymour and Sergeant Debra Deschler, members of the 12th Medical Unit of Beloit. Colonel Seymour and Sergeant Deschler displayed the Wisconsin State Flag during today's session that they had carried with them during their tour in Iraq.
