Patrick Fuller
Assembly Chief Clerk
17 West Main Street, Suite 401
Madison, WI 53708
Dear Mr. Fuller:
On May 5, 2006, I had a leave of absence from the floor beginning at 11:16 P.M. As a result of illness, I left the building.
I missed two votes and would like the record to reflect how I would have voted, if present:
No on Senate Joint Resolution 5, relating to: providing for an advisory referendum on the question of enacting the death penalty in this state.
Aye on Senate Bill 567, relating to: limiting eligibility for public assistance programs to U.S. citizens and qualifying aliens, requiring documentary proof of citizenship or satisfactory immigration status, granting rule-making authority, and providing a penalty.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Sheryl K. Albers
State Representative
50th Assembly District
