11 (6) the committee on Senate Organization has unanimously voted to give Wade Blackdeer, Vice President of the Ho-Chunk Nation, the privilege of the floor.
Wade Blackdeer addressed the members from the rostrum.
The Chair, with unanimous consent, asked that the Senate recess.
