15authorizing the hunting of small game is exempt from the permit requirement under
16sub. (1).
AB100,400,1817 2. Any person hunting pheasant under s. 29.195 is exempt from the permit
18requirement under sub. (1).
AB100,400,22 19(3) Record of pheasant taken. The department may require, by rule, that each
20person that is issued a pheasant hunting permit under this section record the

22ownership, management, supervision, or control.
