Under current law, a person may castrate a dog, cat, horse, pig, goat, sheep, or
head of cattle without obtaining a veterinary license. This bill requires a person to
obtain a veterinary license before he or she may castrate a dog, cat, or horse.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
