SB391,256,423 (a) Notwithstanding the treatment of section 880.16 and 880.192 of the
24statutes by this act, all actions for removal of a guardian under section 880.16, 2003
25stats., in effect on the effective date of this subsection, remain in effect until

1determined by the court under that section, and all actions for review of an account
2or removal of a guardian under section 880.192, 2003 stats., in effect on the effective
3date of this subsection, remain in effect until determined by the court under that
4section.
SB391,256,115 (b) Notwithstanding the treatment of sections 880.251 and 880.34 (3) of the
6statutes by this act, all actions for removal of a guardian under section 880.251, 2003
7stats., in effect on the effective date of this subsection remain in effect until the court
8issues an order of removal or dismisses the action, and all actions under section
9880.34 (3), 2003 stats., for discharge of a guardian or limitation of a guardianship in
10effect on the effective date of this subsection remain in effect until determined by the
11court under that subsection.
SB391,256,1812 (4) Transition; limited guardianship. Notwithstanding the treatment of
13sections 880.33 (3) and 880.37 of the statutes by this act, all limited guardianships
14appointed under sections 880.33 (3) and 880.37, 2003 stats., in effect on the effective
15date of this subsection remain in effect until modified by court order under section
1654.64 (2) of the statutes, as affected by this act, terminated by court order under
17section 54.64 (3) or (4) of the statutes, as affected by this act, or removed by court
18order under section 54.68 (4) (d) or (5) of the statutes, as created by this act.
