AB207-ASA1-AA17,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB207-ASA1-AA17,1,2 21. Page 16, line 15: delete lines 15 to 18 and substitute:

AB207-ASA1-AA17,1,8 3"3. An interim cable operator or video service provider shall provide any
4channel capacity for PEG channels required under this paragraph on any service tier
5that includes the retransmission of local television broadcast signals. Each PEG
6channel shall be capable of carrying a television signal that meets the standards of
7the National Television System Committee if the interim cable operator or video
8service provider is technically able to do so.".
