AB207-ASA1-AA21,1,2 21. Page 15, line 8: after that line insert:

AB207-ASA1-AA21,1,5 3"(4m) Rate discounts. An interim cable operator or a video service provider
4shall give a 10 percent discount on rates for cable service or video service to an
5individual who is at least 65 years old.".

AB207-ASA1-AA21,1,6 62. Page 42, line 2: after that line insert:

AB207-ASA1-AA21,1,7 7" Section 70m. Initial applicability.

AB207-ASA1-AA21,1,9 8(1m) The treatment of section 66.0420 (4m) of the statutes first applies to rates
