AB207-SA20,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB207-SA20,1,2 1. Page 14, line 19: delete lines 19 to 24 and substitute:

AB207-SA20,1,9 "(i) Renewal; revocation. 1e. A video service provider shall apply to the department to renew its video service franchise every 10 years. An applicant for renewal shall pay a $1,000 application fee. The department may not renew the video service franchise of an applicant for renewal if the department determines that the applicant exhibited a pattern of noncompliance with one or more requirement or prohibition under this section, s. 100.20, 100.209, or 134.43, any municipal regulation under s. 182.017 (1r), or 47 CFR 76.309, 76.1602, 76.1603, or 76.1619.

If the department does not renew the video service franchise of an applicant for renewal, the department shall notify the applicant and state the reasons for not renewing the video service franchise. The video service franchise shall terminate on the date specified in the notification.".
